Austin Blanchard receives $1,000 in scholarships

Four Georgia College students each received $1,000 scholarships from the Transportation Club of Atlanta. These students are Elena Bergeron, Andrew Kinnard, Austin Blanchard and Brianna Benz. All four students have expressed an interest in a career in logistics and transportation, and have taken all of the offered classes in the discipline. Drs. Donnie Williams and Karl Manrodt also attended the awards banquet in their honor, hosted at the Cox Communications campus. The keynote speaker was Mr. Alex Taylor, COO of Cox Enterprises.
