Julia Steele receives annual Giving Tree Award

Several students have recently been named National Daily Points of Light Recipients. The Daily Point of Light Award celebrates the power of the individual to spark change and improve the world.

The GIVE Center announced the recipients of the Gold Level Presidential Service Award. This list is comprised of students who completed more than 250 service hours during 2017-2018.

The GIVE Center announced the recipients of the Silver Level Presidential Service Award. This list is comprised of students who have completed between 175-249 service hours during 2017-2018.

The Giving Tree Award, which is given by the GIVE Center each year to only one student, is an honor presented on Earth Day for a student who has left an impact on campus. The GIVE Center plants a tree dedicated to the person, which leaves a lasting legacy. This year, Natalie Flanders has been honored with this award.

The GIVE Center released its list of Georgia College's top 20 volunteers for the 2016-2017 school year. The list is comprised of the 20 students with the most registered service hours for this academic year.

The top male and female volunteers through The GIVE Center were honored with Bobcat Awards. The students received the award for completing the most volunteers hours for the 2016-2017 academic year.
